Ahold Delhaize share buyback update March 5, 2024

Zaandam, the Netherlands, March 5, 2024 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 637,611 of its common shares in the period from February 26, 2024 up to and including March 01, 2024. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 27.62 per share for a total consideration of € 17.6 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 8, 2023.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 6,227,096 common shares for a total consideration of € 165.4 million.
