Ahold Delhaize share buyback update March 12, 2024

Zaandam, the Netherlands, March 12, 2024 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 709,786 of its common shares in the period from March 04, 2024 up to and including March 08, 2024. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 27.69 per share for a total consideration of € 19.7 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 8, 2023.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 6,936,882 common shares for a total consideration of € 185 million.
