Ahold Delhaize publishes convocation of the EGM
Zaandam, the Netherlands, May 24, 2023 – Ahold Delhaize today announced to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on July 5, 2023. The convocation and related materials are available on Ahold Delhaize’s website.
At the EGM, it will be proposed to appoint Jolanda Poots-Bijl as member of the Management Board (CFO). The appointment will be for a period of four years, starting October 1, 2023, and ending at the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
