Chair of the Remuneration Committee; Member of the Health & Sustainability Committee

Pauline van der Meer Mohr has served on Ahold Delhaize’s Supervisory Board since April 13, 2022. She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Health & Sustainability Committee.

Currently Pauline holds a number of supervisory board seats, ASM International (chair as of May 16, 2022), NN Group and Viatris, Inc. She is also chairing the Dutch Corporate Governance Code Monitoring Committee and she is a member of the capital markets committee of the Dutch Authoriteit Financiële Markten, the selection committee of the Dutch Supreme Court, and the of the “Begeleidingscollege” of the Dutch “Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving”. Pauline is also an advisor to the Roosevelt Foundation.

Pauline served on the supervisory boards of HSBC Holdings plc (until April 29, 2022), DSM, and ASML, including being chair or a member of audit, nomination, and remuneration committees and she has been chair of the Board of Trustees of NDT (Nederlands Danstheater).

Prior to moving to a portfolio of supervisory board positions, Pauline built up experience in both academia and business. She served as President of Erasmus University from 2010 through 2016 after a career in Human Resources and Legal in multinational companies such as ABN AMRO, TNT and Shell.
