New grocery shopping experience opened: bfresh™

bfresh™, a new grocery shopping experience with a focus on fresh foods, smart value and local convenience has opened its doors for a community preview in Allston, Massachusetts on September 4. bfresh is a test model that’s a complete departure from traditional brick-and-mortar grocery stores.

bfresh is focused on “fresh foods, smart value, and right in your hood.” It will offer more natural and organic options than a typical market, vegan and gluten-free options, and foods from around the world. bfresh will also offer a whole new take on freshly prepared foods in its Little Kitchen™, a fresh-on-the-spot experience that brings made from scratch, always fresh, seasonal meals into the store. Menus change daily, showcasing simple recipes made with fresh ingredients for maximum taste.

And while the emphasis will be on fresh, healthy foods, around the store, bfresh will still offer indulgence items, as well as a locally relevant selection of household, health & beauty items to make the store a one-stop shop for many urban shoppers.

Foodies will find smart values across the store every day: smart value on produce and surprisingly affordable items. The 10,000 sq. ft. store is easy to shop and perfectly located to serve the neighborhood.
