Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Ahold today held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) at het Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ in Amsterdam. The meeting was attended by 345 shareholders, representing approximately 735 million votes.
Shareholders adopted Ahold's 2012 financial statements and determined the dividend over 2012 at €0.44 per common share, to be paid on May 2, 2013.
