Ahold publishes notification of home member state

Zaandam, the Netherlands – As required by the EU Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC, as amended) and in accordance with article 5:25a section 2 of the Dutch financial supervision act (Wet op het financieel toezicht), Koninklijke Ahold N.V. discloses that its home member state is the Netherlands.
