Brussels, Belgium, December 5, 2016 - Delhaize Le Lion / De Leeuw announces that its shareholders decided with effect of December 3, 2016  to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Bedrijfsrevisoren BV CVBA, with registered office at Woluwedal 18, 1932 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe, Belgium, represented by Filip Lozie, as statutory auditor of Delhaize Le Lion / De Leeuw for a period of three years, ending immediately after the annual shareholders’ meeting to be held in the year 2019. The appointment of statutory auditor has been done in accordance with the procedures required under Belgian law.
